Team Lead – Outbound Sales & Enrollment (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to lead a night‑shift team in Lahore, supporting a U.S. consumer campaign. The role combines personal sales activity with coaching, training and development of sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to U.S. consumers, achieving enrollment and sales targets.
• Build trust through consultative conversations, handle objections and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, objections and follow‑up actions.
• Lead by example with strong personal sales performance and professional standards.
• Coach, mentor and train sales representatives via call listening, role‑plays, feedback and side‑by‑side coaching.
• Support onboarding of new hires and monitor call quality, CRM accuracy and conversion trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of outbound phone sales experience with U.S. consumers and a proven track record.
• Experience coaching or leading sales representatives in a call‑center environment.
• Excellent spoken English with an American‑style phone presence.
• Availability to work U.S. campaign hours, including night shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
