About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Sales to head its sales team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves driving the team to meet and exceed individual and collective targets while upholding compliance and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate daily sales activities to ensure target achievement.
• Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to sales team members.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated queries.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze sales data, forecast performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within insurance, banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment and adapt to changing market needs.
