Team Manager – Financial Advisors

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead a group of Financial Advisors in Islamabad. The role focuses on building, training and motivating a high‑performing sales team to meet monthly targets and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a team of eight Financial Advisors.
• Maintain at least four active advisors each month.
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding and regular performance reviews.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Experience in sales, insurance, banking or team management.
• Strong recruitment and people‑management capabilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and available for immediate joining.
