About the role
Jubilee Life Insurance is hiring a motivated, result-oriented Team Manager in Blue Area, Islamabad, to build and lead its sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and manage a sales team.
- Set team goals and work towards achieving assigned KPIs.
- Provide coaching, training and regular performance support.
- Monitor team activities and sales performance.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and business growth.
- Conduct team meetings and help team members achieve their goals.
- Maintain strong client and professional relationships.
Required profile
- Preferred experience: life insurance, real estate sales, pharmaceutical sales, or sales and team management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and leadership skills are also encouraged to apply.
