Technical Integration & Data Services Contractor

About the role

Authenticom is looking for a Technical Integration & Data Services Contractor to support REST API integrations, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure seamless system interoperability. This remote, full‑time position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and operates on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain REST APIs and software integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical, integration, and data problems.
• Document issues, testing results, configurations, and resolutions.
• Assist with software implementations and data processes.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal technical stakeholders.
• Deliver technical services and meet project milestones independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, software implementation, API integration, or data engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests/responses, and API troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, OAuth, and API keys.
• Experience using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar testing tools.
• Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, data mapping, validation, and transformation.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data‑quality troubleshooting.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce, ticketing systems, SaaS platforms, or data warehouses.
• Automotive DMS experience (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Python or another scripting language is a plus.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of USD 2,400 – 2,600.
