Technical & Off-Page SEO Manager (Female Candidates Only)

About the role

OMNI ACADEMY & CONSULTING is looking for a Technical & Off-Page SEO Manager based in Karachi, open to female candidates. It is a hands-on SEO leadership role focused on keeping the technical health of the company's websites and building strong, sustainable organic authority across three brands. The person identifies issues, defines requirements, directs the engineering team and verifies implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical SEO backlog across three brands and monitor crawling and indexing health, including coverage and indexation issues.
• Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed and overall site performance.
• Manage canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects and structured data/schema, and review technical SEO implementations before and after deployment.
• Ensure sites are accessible to search engines and AI crawlers, and improve structured data and content accessibility so pages can be understood and cited by AI-driven search experiences.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on website security and technical hygiene, monitoring SSL, security headers, DNS configuration and private repositories, and escalate technical risks.
• Develop and run ethical link-building and authority-building strategies, manage outreach, digital PR and partnerships, and run regular backlink audits to remove toxic or spammy links.
• Monitor competitors' backlink profiles and build a strategy for sustainable domain authority and reputation growth.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience in technical and off-page SEO with measurable results.
• Ability to show previous SEO results through case studies, websites, reports or portfolio work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Crawlability, indexability, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, schema and Core Web Vitals.
• Screaming Frog or similar crawling tools, Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.
• Backlink analysis, outreach, digital PR and ethical link building.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies such as Next.js and Vercel, sufficient to communicate requirements to engineers.
