Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of software projects for our diverse client portfolio. You will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and clients, turning vague requirements into concrete scopes and ensuring high‑quality releases on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, scoping, estimation, and timeline management from kickoff to delivery.
• Translate client and stakeholder requirements into prioritized backlogs and sprint plans.
• Run agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and keep them focused.
• Track scope, budget, and risk across concurrent projects, escalating issues early.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, reporting progress, and handling change requests.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and DevOps to remove blockers and maintain delivery flow.
• Maintain project documentation such as SOWs, status reports, technical specs, and decision logs.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimation, planning, and delivery processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or product environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern web/mobile technology stacks.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
