Technical Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects, acting as the bridge between clients, developers, and our sales team. The role requires strong communication skills and a solid technical background to ensure successful delivery of web, mobile, and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, sales, and development teams.
• Translate project requirements into detailed development tasks.
• Assign tasks to developers and monitor progress.
• Ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and clarify requirements with clients.
• Lead task‑based development teams and review their work.
• Assist in technical planning and overall project execution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical or Software Project Manager.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of software development.
• Proven ability to understand and define technical project requirements.
• Experience managing web and mobile development projects.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with task‑management tools such as Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
