Technical Project Planner – Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Planner to act as a Project Coordinator, overseeing software development projects from concept through delivery. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to define requirements, create action plans, and ensure timely, high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to capture and clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status to all stakeholders.
• Break down projects into actionable tasks, set timelines, and assign work to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to remove blockers and keep schedules on track.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing to ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage sprints, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role in software development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing client relationships, especially under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development knowledge (backend, frontend, database).
• Understanding of blockchain concepts (strong plus).
• Proficiency with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with software development life‑cycle (SDLC) models.
• Risk management and quality‑assurance practices.
