Technical Recruiter (Remote) – AI Recruitment Platform

About the role

This remote position focuses on building and enhancing an AI‑powered recruitment tool called Zara. You will combine deep technical expertise in machine learning with talent acquisition knowledge to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement for global organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning and natural‑language processing.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
