Technical Recruitment Specialist – Tech Startup (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our fast‑growing tech startup. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for senior developers and other technical positions, helping us scale our engineering teams with top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of senior‑level developers across stacks such as PHP, Node.js, Python and DevOps.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews, keep hiring managers informed, and track progress using Manatal or internal spreadsheets.
• Collaborate closely with People and Development teams to align hiring needs, refine job descriptions and share market insights.
• Document recruitment activities, suggest process improvements and help define benchmarks for recurring technical roles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record hiring senior developers in PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of software development stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
