Technical Support Associate

About the role

Howmuch Pvt Limited is looking for a Technical Support Associate to join its Retail and Restaurant Management and POS Solutions teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software and network infrastructure for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers and IP resources.
• Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches.
• Troubleshoot system failures, bugs and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct maintenance sessions to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Provide technical support and user training on computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components and internet security principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is an advantage.
