About the role
We are seeking motivated and confident Tele Sales Agents to join our growing team for a US Medicare campaign. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and transferring qualified leads to licensed agents.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential Medicare beneficiaries.
- Qualify customers based on campaign criteria and build rapport.
- Transfer qualified and interested customers to licensed agents.
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in Medicare, ACA, or other US‑based call‑center campaigns preferred.
- Strong sales and objection‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable internet and power backup for remote work.
