Tele Sales Representative

About the role

I Concepts Call Center is a BPO provider offering outbound and inbound call center services such as sales, marketing, lead generation, customer care and technical support. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Representative in Lahore who makes outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services, generate leads and close sales according to set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with clear, persuasive communication and handle objections
• Record accurate call details and keep customer information up to date in the system
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines and work with supervisors and team members toward campaign goals
• Take part in regular performance reviews
• Provide courteous customer care, gather feedback and help improve sales and service processes

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening, able to build rapport by phone and handle objections
• Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and closing techniques
• Customer service abilities such as problem-solving, patience and professionalism
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and take part in training and performance coaching
• Prior experience in telemarketing, call center operations or sales is preferred but not mandatory
