Telecaller (Morning Shift – Dubai Project)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Telecaller agents to join our UAE campaign, working on a Dubai project. The position is a morning‑shift, outbound calling role based in Faisalabad, requiring strong English communication and prior international call‑center experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
• Present services, generate interest and book meetings.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English (mandatory).
• Minimum one year experience in a UK or USA call centre (preferred).
• Experience in outbound calling or sales campaigns.
• Confident, presentable and target‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
