Telemarketer (English) - Cold Calling Agent

About the role

Headstay Consulting is looking for a full-time, on-site Cold Calling Agent (English) in Lahore. The agent makes outbound calls to prospective customers, introduces client offerings, qualifies leads and schedules follow-up actions or appointments. The role works closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and guidelines while making outbound calls to prospects.
• Introduce client offerings, qualify leads and handle basic objections.
• Schedule follow-up actions or appointments.
• Update CRM or call logs with accurate information and meet individual and team targets for calls, conversions and qualified leads.
• Escalate complex queries to relevant team members.
• Share feedback from calls with the sales team and help improve outreach campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening and comprehension) with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Ability to conduct outbound cold calls, follow structured scripts and adapt messaging to customer responses.
• Basic sales and lead generation skills, including prospect qualification and handling initial objections.
• Customer-focused, professional attitude and quick rapport-building over the phone.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lahore.
• Previous experience in call centers, telesales or outbound outreach is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Comfort with CRM or call tracking tools and maintaining accurate records.
• Working with call lists and daily targets.
