Telemedicine Psychiatrist (USMLE Passer) – Remote

About the role

OkayMSO is seeking a board‑eligible Psychiatrist who has passed all USMLE steps to join its telemedicine team. This full‑time remote position involves delivering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow‑up care to adolescents and adults via secure video platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video‑based psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Document all encounters accurately in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other behavioral‑health professionals.
• Participate in virtual case discussions and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional, private workspace with reliable high‑speed internet for confidential telehealth sessions.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completed accredited psychiatry residency.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Pakistan and eligibility for additional state licenses.
• All USMLE steps passed.
• Experience or training in adolescent psychiatry and across the lifespan.
• Prior telemedicine or virtual‑care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural humility, and commitment to evidence‑based practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Comfort using secure video conferencing platforms for telehealth.
