Telesales Manager – Lead Team & Drive Revenue

About the role

Join DHL’s "Insanely Customer Centric" team as a Telesales Manager and lead a high‑performing telesales group. You will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and new customer acquisition across our global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the telesales team to meet sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer portfolios.
• Monitor sales pipeline activity, ensure timely follow‑up, and drive effective call strategies.
• Implement sales initiatives, campaigns, and use CRM tools to maximize revenue.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Track KPIs, call quality, and customer engagement, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with DHL sales processes, policies, and global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5‑8 years of sales experience, preferably B2B, telesales, logistics or express transportation.
• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
