Territory HR Business Partner

About the role

The Territory HR Business Partner will join CCI’s Human Resources team in Karachi, partnering with territory leadership to drive people‑focused initiatives that support organisational transformation and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Leadership Team and line managers to align headcount planning with CCI’s vision.
• Coach and develop leaders on HR processes, people‑management capabilities and cultural initiatives.
• Design, deliver and monitor change‑management programs linked to business transformation.
• Implement corporate culture and values programs, conduct climate surveys and guide action planning.
• Cascade COE solutions (Learning & Development, OD, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, etc.) to the territory level.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations, manage union communications and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, investigations, exit interviews and grievance processes.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality HR service delivery and contribute to HR‑strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of industrial and employee relations within a multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and embed HR policies and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
