Territory Manager – Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Manager to lead our ice‑cream distribution in Islamabad. You will be the front‑line leader responsible for managing distributors, trade partners and in‑store execution to achieve sales growth and meet key performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Increase competitive visibility of our brands in stores.
• Drive volume and sales growth to meet the territory’s ambition.
• Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers.
• Negotiate joint business plans with customers.
• Plan and manage electronic route‑to‑market (eRTM) and optimise field‑sales routes.
• Support the digital transformation strategy for the territory.
• Analyse financial metrics such as profitability and gross margin.
• Lead, build and develop an extended sales team.
• Monitor and uphold all key performance indicators.
• Conduct post‑execution analysis to refine processes.
• Ensure in‑store execution of promotions across assigned stores.
