Territory Manager

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to grow in‑store presence and exceed sales targets for its health, hygiene and nutrition brands. You will lead a field sales team, develop strategies and collaborate across functions to bring innovative products to consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and guide the team to exceed targets.
• Develop and execute field sales strategies to maximise reach and visibility.
• Lead training sessions to enhance the skills of field sales representatives.
• Analyse sales data to inform future strategies and optimise performance.
• Facilitate cross‑department collaboration to ensure unified support for sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid background in field sales, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Degree level education in Business, Marketing or a related field.
