Territory Manager - Nutraceutical Sales (Pharmacy Channel)

About the role

Commco Holdings Private Limited, acting on behalf of its Nutraceuticals division, is looking for a Territory Manager to establish and expand the company's presence in the pharmacy channel. The role covers Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Rawalpindi, and involves building a pharmacy network from the ground up by engaging chemists, pharmacists and pharmacy owners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard pharmacies, chemists and medical stores across the territory, including standalone pharmacies and pharmacy chains
• Build and maintain a prospect database and convert prospects into active accounts
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through primary and secondary sales and order generation
• Introduce new nutraceutical products and secure shelf space and visibility
• Negotiate terms, pricing and promotional schemes with pharmacy owners and retailers
• Build long-term relationships with chemists and pharmacists to encourage repeat purchases
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market trends and share insights with management
• Maintain daily activity reports, sales trackers and territory coverage reports
• Work independently with minimal supervision and travel extensively within the territory

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience in nutraceutical sales
• Strong existing relationships within the pharmacy sector
• Entrepreneurial and motivated, able to work independently
