Territory Sales Executive – Karachi

About the role

Hayat, a leading FMCG company, is seeking experienced sales professionals in Karachi to express interest for future Territory Sales Executive positions. The role focuses on driving sales, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution targets within the territory.
• Manage and coordinate activities with distributors to ensure market coverage.
• Maintain product availability, assortment, and visibility at outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, execution, and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and improve outlet coverage.
• Prepare accurate reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Execute approved trade promotions and coordinate with internal teams to address market challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience, preferably in General Trade, Wholesale or Modern Trade.
• Hands‑on field sales and distributor management experience.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Relationship‑management skills with distributors and retailers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
