Territory Sales Executive - Super Crisp

About the role

A Territory Sales Executive is sought to drive sales growth in the regions of Islamabad, Peshawar, Samundari, Rawalpindi and Muzaffargarh. The role covers managing and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales targets and ensuring product availability across the territories.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territories through effective planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key clients to ensure product visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and submit sales reports covering market analysis, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Ensure regular market visits, product availability and merchandising standards in Islamabad, Peshawar and Samundari.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry, with knowledge of territory management.
• Preferred: experience managing sales territories across multiple cities.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
