Territory Sales Manager - HoReCa

About the role

Metro Pakistan is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for its HoReCa segment, based in Karachi. The role is full time and focuses on developing and executing a sales plan to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for defined segments, while building relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the defined segments.
• Deliver new opportunities and customers on a calendar schedule, generating consistent sales and margin through market visits.
• Analyse customer data and sales history before each market visit to identify gaps and set clear sales objectives.
• Own the customer portfolio: engagement, sales execution, credit management, follow-up on commitments, needs assessment, compliant handling and responsiveness to feedback.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their specific business needs and recommend effective solutions using deep knowledge of METRO's product portfolio.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams such as procurement and operations to develop initiatives and customised solutions.
• Maintain detailed notes and tracking sheets to monitor customer development progress.
• Identify opportunities for quality and customer service improvement, act on customer dissatisfaction and deliver quality results.
• Take part in team meetings and sales training sessions and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or intermediate level qualification.
• 6 years of experience.
