Territory Sales Manager

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will lead sales operations across an assigned region, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Zameen.com. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with real‑estate agencies, developers and corporate clients, and ensure targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximise revenue and market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire real‑estate agencies, developers and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings and joint sales calls with team members.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations for seamless client onboarding.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes and operational standards.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in real‑estate, classified advertising, digital media or B2B sales is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
