Territory Sales Manager – Rahim Yar Khan

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will lead a team of distributors and field sales representatives in Rahim Yar Khan, executing company strategies to grow market share in the FMCG sector. You will train, motivate, and monitor the team to meet short‑term sales targets and long‑term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set SMART objectives aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and regional strategy, cascading them to the territory team.
• Analyze category potential, develop growth plans, and implement counter‑strategies to increase share.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets, brand and pack deliverables, and monitor trade discounts.
• Track distributor ROI, ensure FIFO and stock accuracy, and support depot sales tracking.
• Identify untapped channels, new towns, and optimal rack productivity to boost market share.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and propose promotional plans with positive financial impact.
• Maintain a regular physical presence in the territory to understand customer needs and ensure smooth execution of merchandising and new product initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritisation, and urgency to deliver results.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for presentations.
