Territory Sales Officer – Karachi

About the role

The Territory Sales Officer will lead the distributor and organization team in Karachi to execute company strategies, meet local business needs, and achieve both short‑term and long‑term sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a permanent journey plan for the territory.
• Screen, hire, and train Order Bookers/DSRs and ensure they meet KPI targets.
• Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets while maintaining product range and rack integrity.
• Maintain FIFO at both warehouse and market, minimizing stale inventory.
• Identify stock requirements, deliver volume targets, and develop distributor capabilities.
• Utilize promotional budgets and subsidies effectively, ensuring stale product removal.
• Conduct in‑market training, weekly KPI reporting, and manage PI assets.
• Ensure implementation of sales software at the distributor end.

Required profile

• University graduate (BA) with strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales capacity, though fresh graduates may apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office, especially complex Excel applications.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
