About the role

A company is looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Specialist with proven experience managing TikTok Shop for the US market. The role is based on site at Mall Road, Lahore, and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

Set up and manage TikTok Shop from scratch for the US market
Handle daily product listings, inventory and orders
Create, run and optimise high-ROI TikTok Shop campaigns
Onboard and manage TikTok Affiliates and Creators
Monitor and grow GMV and overall shop performance

Required profile

Proven experience managing the TikTok Shop Seller Center (US Marketplace)
2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop for the US market; experience is a must
Ability to handle orders, returns, cases and the Shop Health Score
Excellent communication and analytical skills

Required skills

Product listing, optimisation and SEO for the US market
TikTok Ads: GMV Max, Shop Ads and Live Shopping Ads
TikTok Affiliates and creator collaboration
Understanding of US market trends, content strategy and live shopping
