Trainee Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing (Nooriabad)

About the role

Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is seeking a dynamic fresh graduate to join its Steel Division in Nooriabad as a Trainee Electrical Engineer. The role offers hands‑on exposure to production, maintenance and quality processes within a pipe coating and manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for production machinery and execute maintenance activities.
• Diagnose electrical/electronic issues, propose improvements, and enhance machine reliability.
• Learn and apply gas cutting and manual electric‑arc welding techniques.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and rectify PLC, HMI, AC/DC motor and drive systems.
• Calculate raw‑material requirements, machine hours and wastage; prepare daily and monthly departmental reports.
• Study Oracle financial manufacturing, quality, inventory and supply‑chain modules.
• Understand pipe manufacturing standards (API‑5L, DIN‑30670) and operate spiral pipe mill equipment.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for production materials.

Required profile

• Maximum age 25 years.
• B.Sc. / B.E. in Industrial Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a PEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Fresh graduate with a strong willingness to learn and align with company values.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of PLC and HMI programming.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and drives.
• Exposure to Oracle financial manufacturing modules.
• Gas cutting and electric‑arc welding techniques.
