About the role
As a Travel Agent at Taqwa Tours, you will create meaningful and memorable spiritual travel experiences for clients, focusing on quality, cultural sensitivity, and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients seeking spiritual journeys to understand their preferences, needs, and spiritual goals.
- Design bespoke itineraries covering religious sites, accommodations, transportation, and spiritual activities.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, guided tours, and other services, ensuring alignment with religious and personal preferences.
- Address travel‑related challenges promptly while upholding the spiritual significance of the journey.
Required profile
- Profound understanding of Islamic heritage, practices, and cultural sensitivities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking tools and online research platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems for client management.
