Senior Travel Consultant – Domestic & International Umrah

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and commercially driven Senior Travel Consultant with strong expertise in both domestic and international travel, especially Umrah services. The role involves managing travel requirements for corporate, individual and institutional clients while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise clients on domestic and international travel requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, individual and institutional clients.
• Generate new business, referrals, leads and revenue opportunities through networking and industry contacts.
• Prepare and sell competitive travel solutions, itineraries, air tickets and related services.
• Develop relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators and other travel‑industry partners.
• Identify market opportunities and convert prospects into profitable, long‑term accounts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, including air ticketing and visa requirements.
• Established contacts across corporate, travel, airline, hospitality and business communities.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and develop new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Energetic, professional, target‑oriented and commercially aware.
• Confident networking and entrepreneurial mindset.
