Travel Executive – Corporate Travel & Events

About the role

The Travel Executive will oversee the Bank’s domestic and international travel, accommodation, and event arrangements, ensuring timely service, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end travel bookings, changes, cancellations and itineraries for employees and management.
• Coordinate hotel, accommodation and transportation needs for all authorised travellers.
• Maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels and other service providers, monitoring performance and service quality.
• Support planning and execution of corporate meetings, conferences and other official gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, invoices and related documentation.
• Ensure all travel and event activities comply with the Bank’s policies, approval matrix and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and prepare periodic travel and vendor reports.
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Administration and business teams to fulfil travel requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate travel, accommodation or event management, preferably in banking or financial services.
