Travel Operations Coordinator – Umrah Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Travel Operations Coordinator to support our Umrah services. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless travel arrangements from visa processing to final ticketing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about Umrah packages, visas, hotels, flights and related travel arrangements.
• Manage daily operational activities, track bookings, reservations and travel documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems and portals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, hotels, transport providers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with visa‑related procedures and follow up on pending tasks to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, hardworking and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with online travel and booking systems.
