Travel Sales Executive

About the role

Nureh Travel & Tours is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Karachi office. The role focuses on promoting travel and Umrah packages, guiding clients through the complete booking journey, and delivering a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post‑travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk‑in and phone inquiries, presenting travel and Umrah package options.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales while maintaining accurate records.
• Guide clients through flight, accommodation, and ancillary service bookings.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally with clear and respectful communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or travel consultancy, preferably within a travel agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain travel options clearly.
• Basic knowledge of travel booking processes and Umrah requirements, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time in Karachi and manage multiple inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ethical standards, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, tourism, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
