Sales Executive – Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services

About the role

The Clean Estate is hiring a Sales Executive in Karachi to promote and grow its residential, office, and commercial cleaning services. The role is suited to a proactive sales professional who can identify new opportunities, build customer relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed service bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Find and qualify new customers, including households, offices, businesses, and corporate clients.
• Promote cleaning service packages and explain available options according to customer requirements.
• Respond to enquiries and conduct consistent follow‑ups through calls and messaging platforms.
• Prepare and share quotations, maintain accurate lead records, and track opportunities through the sales process.
• Arrange and attend meetings with corporate and commercial prospects.
• Generate new business leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
• Coordinate with operations to support smooth scheduling, service fulfilment, and customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily sales updates and maintain clear records of activities, conversions, and pending follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell services and convert leads into paying customers.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, follow‑up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident communication with residential customers, office administrators, and corporate decision‑makers.
• Ability to explain service packages, understand customer needs, and prepare clear quotations.
• Comfortable conducting sales calls, using messaging platforms professionally, and arranging client meetings.
• Good relationship‑building and customer service skills with a results‑focused approach.
• Accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized, punctual, and able to work independently in the Karachi market.
