Truck Dispatch Sales Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our growing logistics team in Lahore. You will be responsible for connecting with US‑based trucking carriers, negotiating freight loads, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations from our Lahore office during the night shift aligned with North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Contact owner‑operators and trucking companies to offer dispatch services.
• Source and negotiate freight loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers.
• Handle rate negotiations to maximize profitability for drivers.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules and communicate updates in real time.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier information.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/dispatch targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English – strong spoken and written communication is a must.
• Prior experience in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or US logistics sales preferred.
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop.com) is a plus.
• Confident negotiator with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working the night shift (6 AM – 3 AM PKT).
• Reliable, punctual, and target‑driven.
