Truck Dispatcher (US Loads) - On-Site, Lahore

About the role

A full-time, on-site Truck Dispatcher position based in Lahore, coordinating and scheduling loads for trucks operating in the United States. The dispatcher works closely with the operations team to meet service commitments, optimize truck utilization and support safe and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule loads for U.S. trucks and communicate with drivers and brokers
• Monitor routes, update load statuses and handle rate confirmations
• Manage issues that arise during transit and give clear instructions to drivers
• Maintain documentation related to lumper and detention pay and keep accurate records in dispatch systems
• Work with the operations team to meet service commitments and optimize truck utilization

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, supply chain or business is a plus
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Lahore, with flexibility for U.S. time zone coordination
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, able to handle professional phone and email communication
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage

Required skills

• Dispatch software, spreadsheets and other digital tools for tracking, reporting and documentation
• Basic knowledge of U.S. trucking terminology, routes and dispatch processes
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 plus 10% commission
