Truck Dispatcher – USA Campaign (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to manage USA campaign loads for our growing logistics team in Lahore. The role operates during night hours and focuses on maximizing profitability while ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate trucks efficiently to maximise profitability.
• Book and negotiate loads with freight brokers and direct shippers.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Plan routes, monitor shipments, and ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Resolve dispatch‑related issues and provide timely updates to drivers and clients.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and load documentation.
• Track driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Meet daily and monthly dispatch performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple loads under pressure.
• Good understanding of the U.S. trucking and logistics industry.

Required skills

• Experience with load board and dispatch software such as DAT.
• Familiarity with Truckstop platform.
• Knowledge of Sylectus dispatch system.
