UI/UX Designer – Creative Role with AI Experience

About the role

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join the reloadux Studio team. You will support the design process across a range of AI‑enhanced projects, turning research insights into intuitive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop research boards, user personas and journey maps to guide design direction.
• Build and maintain design systems and token libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Apply conversational AI knowledge to both UI and UX solutions.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Document design decisions, incorporate feedback and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user‑centric methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating mobile‑first and responsive designs.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with design trends and AI innovations.
