UI/UX Designer – Design Systems & Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Lahore. You will shape intuitive, accessible experiences for web and mobile applications while driving the evolution of our design system.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly interfaces for iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
• Lead the full UX process: research, journey mapping, IA, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business and technical constraints.
• Conduct usability tests, A/B tests, and user interviews to continuously improve products.
• Build, document, and maintain a scalable Design System with components, tokens, and usage guidelines.
• Present design rationale through structured presentations, annotated specs, and design reviews.
• Embed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and inclusive design practices throughout the workflow.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, variants, prototyping, handoff).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, heuristic evaluation).
• Ability to design fully responsive interfaces across multiple breakpoints.
