UI/UX Designer – Lead Digital Experience Design

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the design and optimisation of our digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves translating complex customer journeys into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Map end‑to‑end customer journeys for each product area and identify user pain points.
• Develop service blueprints, navigation structures, and interaction flows.
• Create low‑fidelity wireframes and validate information architecture through internal reviews.
• Maintain a unified component library and style guide.
• Produce mid‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes that reflect real interaction states.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, development teams, and QA to ensure design feasibility and pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design thinking and execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Sketch.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD.
