UK Sales Executive – Business Energy & Merchant Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, confident UK Sales Executive to promote our Business Energy and Merchant Services solutions to UK‑based businesses. Based in Karachi, you will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, understand client requirements and present cost‑saving energy and modern payment processing options.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK businesses and create new sales opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and nurture potential business customers.
• Promote energy switching and merchant services solutions.
• Explain benefits of cost savings, competitive rates and modern payment systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Follow up leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups and sales activity.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• Proven experience in outbound sales conversations and rapport building.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Accurate data entry and familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets or sales tracking tools.
