Umrah Sales Agent – UK Market (Travel Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Umrah Sales Agent to serve the UK market from our Hafizabad office. You will join a growing team dedicated to helping pilgrims plan and book their spiritual journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist UK customers with inquiries about Umrah packages, hotels, flights, and visa requirements.
• Explain package details and guide customers through the booking process.
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow‑up communications.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English.
• Confident communication and sales orientation.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer follow‑ups.
• Previous experience in travel, Umrah, or sales is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong English are welcome.
