Umrah Sales Specialist

About the role

We are a newly established Umrah agency looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist to help pilgrims plan and book their sacred journeys. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through every step of the Umrah experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and convert potential pilgrims into booked Umrah packages, both group and customized.
• Consult clients on accommodation, visa requirements, transport, and flight options that fit their preferences and budget.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, community groups, and local organisations to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk‑ins.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handling of visas, hotel vouchers, and transport arrangements.
• Enter visa applications on the NUSUK Umrah Portal and manage BRN selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or Travel Consultant within the Umrah/Hajj industry.
• Deep knowledge of Umrah visa processes, hotel categories in Makkah and Madinah, flight booking systems, and ground transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
