Unit Manager – Security & HSE

About the role

The Unit Manager Security & HSE will lead the security and health, safety, and environment function across easypaisa’s nationwide operations. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all bank premises remain risk‑free and compliant with central bank and law‑enforcement directives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve security and HSE standards, services, and delivery turnaround times.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security and HSE hazards, breaches, and weaknesses discovered during premises reviews.
• Resolve staff and branch complaints promptly and develop proactive handling mechanisms.
• Ensure strict compliance with SBP, PBA, and LEA directives, as well as internal bank policies.
• Oversee quarterly regional security & HSE reviews to gauge preparedness against evolving risks.
• Conduct regular awareness sessions, refresher trainings, and bi‑annual emergency drills for main‑building staff and quarterly drills for branches.
• Plan security and protocol support for expatriates, local delegations, and senior management.
• Monitor performance of security and safety service providers to satisfy internal audit and external regulatory reviews.
• Develop and advise on security and safety policies to sustain business continuity.
• Represent the function in meetings, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on legislative changes and emerging technologies.
• Review team performance, provide counseling and training to enhance functional efficiency.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in security, HSE, or related fields.
• Graduation or master’s degree from a reputable institute.
