Upwork Bidder & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder & Business Development Manager to expand our client base across SEO, digital marketing, web development, software development, and related digital services. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US hours and is based onsite in Clifton, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant Upwork projects and craft personalized, technical proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Understand client requirements, prepare accurate project scopes, and coordinate handovers with internal teams.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and manage leads using CRM tools.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or B2B sales within a digital agency or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, web development, software development, and UI/UX services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a client‑first approach.
• Self‑driven, organized, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM platforms is a plus.
