About the role

We are a web design and development agency seeking a high‑performing Upwork Bidder. You will locate relevant projects on Upwork, craft tailored proposals, qualify leads, and help turn opportunities into meetings and deals.

Key responsibilities

• Search Upwork for jobs related to web design, development, Shopify, UI/UX, CRO and other digital services.
• Filter out low‑quality or unrealistic postings and prioritize high‑fit opportunities.
• Write customized, persuasive proposals that highlight our agency’s value.
• Assess each job’s scope, budget and client seriousness before bidding.
• Maintain accurate records of applied jobs and coordinate with internal teams when technical input is needed.
• Move qualified leads toward interview and meeting stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork for service‑based businesses or agencies.
• Strong written English with professional, persuasive communication.
• Ability to judge lead quality and understand client intent quickly.
• Fast, consistent work pace without sacrificing proposal quality.
