US Last Mile Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a US Last Mile Operations Specialist to manage and improve delivery operations for our US‑based clients from our Karachi office. The role involves coordinating drivers, handling issues quickly, and ensuring efficient route planning while working on a rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Plan optimal routes and distribute loads effectively.
• Support onboarding and management of 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and US clients.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (4 PM–1 AM & 12 AM–9 AM) six days a week.
