US Patient Enrollment Coordinator – Evening Shift

About the role

Minerva Research Solutions is seeking a dynamic US Patient Enrollment Coordinator for the evening shift. The role involves screening new leads, conducting follow‑ups, and documenting participants for active clinical trials, contributing to a comprehensive participant database.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews and screenings for prospective US clinical study participants.
• Maintain an organized database of clinical study participants in the CTMS.
• Develop outreach strategies to enhance participant recruitment.
• Interact directly with study participants via phone calls, SMS, etc.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff (CRCs) to ensure adequate subject recruitment.
• Maintain study documentation and volunteer records, including consent forms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in BDS, Pharm‑D or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills; US accent preferred.
• Professional attitude with teamwork and ethical commitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Computer literacy and ability to use Clinical Trial Management Systems.
